Returns & Exchanges

At NAKED Underwear, we want you to feel confident in your skin, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must be unopened and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn garments back into their original NAKED packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Wait

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
